Cookie Notice
Last Updated: 2026-09-23
This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies that Mettle Labs LLC ("Mettle", "we", "us", or "our") uses on our Services and Website. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What Is a Cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember things between visits — for example, whether you're signed in.
What We Use
We use only the minimum cookies needed to operate the Services. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or any third-party marketing purpose.
- Session cookie. Set by our authentication system so you stay signed in. HTTP-only and Secure. Expires when your session expires or you sign out.
- Bot-protection cookie. Set by our third-party bot-protection service on signup forms to verify you're a human, not a bot.
That's it. We do not set cookies for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, session replay, or any other tracking or advertising tool.
Your Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to the Services. Blocking the bot-protection cookie may prevent signup forms from accepting your submission.
You do not need to take any action to "consent" to these cookies — they are strictly necessary for the Services to function and are exempt from consent requirements under the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, and similar laws. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will update this Notice and provide a consent mechanism before activating them.
Changes
We can update this Notice. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify Customer account holders by email.
