Import your students from a spreadsheet. Each one keeps the date they joined and their check-in code, parents come across with their kids, and you place everyone at the belt they already hold. One tap sends a parent a card update email, and they save a card from their phone. Start each membership on the day its next payment is due, so the first charge in mettle lands where the old one stops.

You hold it. Tuition goes straight into your own Stripe account, the cards parents save are stored there too, and receipts carry your school's name. mettle never holds the money. It is your Stripe account, so it stays yours if you ever leave.

Send them your join link. In their phone's browser, a parent signs up all their children in one go, signs each child's waiver as guardian and saves a card. Children need no email address.

Tick techniques on the belt grid and, if you like, set how many sessions each belt takes. Every check-in counts toward it. When a student has done what the belt asks, mettle marks them Ready, and moving them up is always your call.

Add your Ready students to the testing day with the belt each one is testing for. Tap Advance as each one passes and they move up on the spot.

Yes. Each program has its own ladder, so kids' taekwondo and adult BJJ run side by side, and a stripe is just another step on it. Adult students follow their own progress in the member portal.

Stripe retries the card on its own. Send a card update email in one tap, and decide whether overdue tuition stops check-in at the door, with a grace period if you want one.
